Well, if you're anything like me, then you dream of being a really good Flashimator. You might even occasionally have dreams in which you meet Tom Fulp... Okay that's weird, but the point is: Flash is hard. I'm still not very good. Practice is what I need. I've always wanted to do a walk cycle but have never really been successful.
This walk cycle tutorial video was on the web (This is the first part of a series):

This is from a guy who, ya know, animates with pen and pencil on these big sheets known as "paper". I found this incredibly useful. I took his basic idea and animated my own little thing. Did a bunch of in-betweens. I think its splendid...

I posted a while ago about starting a movie featuring They Might Be Giants music, and I am still working on it. I decided to make a big animatic for the rest of the movie (which got finished a while ago) and am in the process of animating it. So far I've got about 20 seconds total of finished animation. (I work incredibly slowly)
My Bamboo fun tablet has made my art MUCH better and I am hoping to finish this at some point this year. I will not be animate for a few weeks because I will be traveling.
Screen for anyone who cares enough to read this post (unfinished scene):
