Although your drawings are really good they're too sketchy so you might not get scouted just yet. You need to make the outlines more defined and the give them more contrast, so there's a bigger difference between the lightest parts and the darkets parts. Keep on practicing, your getting the shapes correct which is the most improtant thing, you'll get scouted eventually so replace all your old stuff with newer drawings and if you can improve the one's you've already got.
